All practice exams for Fortinet certification are digital products (online access).
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the materials for your own study purposes only.
You may not share, resell, reproduce, distribute, or upload our content to any third-party site (including brain dumps, file-sharing sites, or test engines).

Fortinet® and related certification names are trademarks of Fortinet, Inc. PrepForTI.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Fortinet, Inc. Our practice exams are independent study aids. Certification candidates must refer to official Fortinet documentation for actual exam requirements.

4. Billing & Merchant Account Compliance

• All prices are in USD.

• By providing a payment method, you represent you are authorized to use it.

• We use secure third-party payment processors. Your transaction data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

• We do not store full credit card details.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy (Critical for merchant accounts)

Due to the digital nature of our products:

• All sales are final once you receive access to the practice exams.

• No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be issued for “change of mind,” “did not pass the exam,” or “did not have time to study.”

• Disputing a valid charge with your bank (chargeback) without first contacting us will result in immediate account suspension.

2. If a chargeback is filed for a valid purchase, we reserve the right to:

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works from our exams.

• Post our questions/answers on public forums (violates copyright and certification ethics policies).

8. Intellectual Property

All content, questions, answers, explanations, and layout are proprietary intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee that using our exams will result in passing the actual Fortinet certification.
